Join us for an immersive in-person, full-day of learning and well-being that will immerse you in the scientific pillars and practices of the MindUP program. Through hands-on experiences, you will explore MindUP lessons and discover opportunties for classroom integration and educator wellness.
During our time together, you will:
- Engage directly with MindUP lessons through experiential learning
- Explore implementation strategies that work for your classroom setting
- Connect with fellow educators while reflecting on your practice
- Access MindUP's comprehensive digital resources library for ongoing support
Your learning journey will continue beyond our session with access to MindUP's online platform, featuring our digital curriculum and resource library. Stay connected through virtual Communities of Practice sessions and receive coaching support from September 2025 through June 2026, ensuring you have the guidance and community to bring these practices to life in your classroom!
Attendees will earn 6 CTLE hours upon completion. The seminar is limited to 100 participants and is open exclusively to Capital District, Central NY, and Mid-Hudson Region members. Complimentary breakfast will be served from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and lunch will be provided.
